Why did you choose the Electrical Engineering Technology program?

My field of study has always been something that I dreamed to be part of. Installing equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting are all a part of my personality and what I love to do. Being an engineer and part of the manufacturing workforce is being ME!

What are you learning about your career field that you find interesting or rewarding?

Learning how to analyze schematics and installation, troubleshooting and learning how to do equipment work is all involved in my field. Being able to identify every piece of equipment and tell what job it does is very helpful in order to build a very beneficial experience and get the student ready to be part of the manufacturing workforce.

Why did you choose Fox Valley Technical College?

Fox Valley Technical College is the school that my program chose for me when I was part of an exchange program. I came here and I was amazed by the learning environment and the equipment available in the lab. After getting done with my program, I decided to come back and finish what I started.

How did Fox Valley Technical College help you change your life?

Here at FVTC, I meet people from everywhere around the world. It’s amazing how this place is so diverse, and the more I dive into it, the more I discover and learn.

What type of job do you expect to find after graduation?

I expect to get a job as an electrical engineer after graduation. That’s what I have been dreaming of, and hopefully I will fulfill my dream.
