Fox 11: Fox Valley Tech job fair highlights need for skilled workers

A challenge for the economy is finding skilled workers for skilled jobs. On Tuesday, September 23, FVTC hosted a transportation job fair to match workers with employer demands.

Among a large group of men Cassee Francart is one of a handful of female automotive students at Fox Valley Tech. She’s also planning to get into diesel technology.

Francart visited the Automotive, Diesel, Collision and Refinishing Job Fair Tuesday. About 25 employers showed up looking to hire.
