Accreditation Review for Dental Assistant Program

Public notice of third-party comments for upcoming accreditation visit

Fox Valley Technical College’s Dental Assistant program is soliciting third-party comment for an upcoming accreditation site visit of the program.

HOW COMMENTS CAN BE SOLICITED:

The Commission requests comments from interested parties. Please email comments to the appropriate CODA staff. Email addresses can be found on the Commission on Dental Accreditation website.

TYPES OF COMMENTS CONSIDERED:

All comments submitted must pertain only to the standards relative to the particular program being reviewed or policies and procedures used in the accreditation process. Comments will be screened by Commission staff for relevancy. For comments not relevant to these issues, the individual will be notified that the comment is not related to accreditation and, where appropriate, referred to the appropriate agency.

A copy of the Commission of Dental Accreditation: Accreditation Standards for Dental Assisting can be found in the FVTC Dental Clinic on the Fox Valley Technical College Appleton Campus, Room C126.

Comments are due to the Commission by August 15, 2025.
