Three Members Reappointed to Board of Trustees

Members will serve 3-year term

The Fox Valley Technical College District Board Appointment Committee reappointed three board members to fill upcoming openings on the FVTC District Board of Trustees. The Appointment Committee is comprised of the school board presidents from the 28 K-12 public school districts in FVTC’s service area.

Javad Ahmad, President and Chief Operating Officer at Oracular IS, LLC, was reappointed to another 3-year term. He will fill the Employer category.

Charles Spoehr, Jr., Representative at North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters, was reappointed to another 3-year term. He will fill the Employee category.

Tammie DeVooght Blaney, Executive Director of the International Association of Structural Movers and Editor of Structural Mover Magazine, has been reappointed to another 3-year term. She will fill the Additional Member category.

Fox Valley Technical College is governed by a nine-member board of trustees comprised of two employers, two employees, three additional (at-large) members, a school district administrator and an elected official. Each year, the terms for three board posts expire.
