Fall 2010 Supporting the Troops A new club offers services, assistance, and camaraderie for U.S. military veterans.In 2009, Bruce Rathe had an epiphany: There was nothing at Fox Valley Technical College that students who were military veterans could call their own. Rathe, who works in the college’s Educational Support Services department, wanted to change that.
