Paul Shrode, director of FVTC’s Waupaca and Wautoma Regional Centers, received the 2015 Waupaca Area Chamber of Commerce’s Service Award. Shrode’s involvement with the chamber began in 2007 when he was named director of both centers.

Chamber officials presented Shrode with the annual award for his exemplary service on several committees, including ones involving its ambassador program and tourism council. Shrode also served as Chairman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors in 2013. His leadership in developing a number of educational programs and community workshops at the FVTC Waupaca Regional Center, in addition to assisting in offerings related to business and industry training, were also noteworthy accomplishments that led to this recognition.
