New FVTC Trustee Appointed

Two trustees reappointed to the board

The Fox Valley Technical College District Board Appointment Committee selected one new board member and reappointed two current members to fill upcoming FVTC District Board of Trustees openings. The Appointment Committee is comprised of the school board presidents from the 28 K-12 public school districts in FVTC’s service area.

Margaret Kastner, Rehabilitation Specialist with Community Care, Inc., was reappointed to another 3-year term. She will fill the Employee category.

Mike Slowinski, Superintendent of Kaukauna Area School District, was reappointed to a 3-year term. He will fill the School District Administrator category.

Philip Sabee, Director of Customer Experience at Miller Electric Manufacturing, LLC, was appointed to a 3-year term. He will fill the Employer category.

Fox Valley Technical College is governed by a nine-member board of trustees comprised of two employers, two employees, three additional (at-large) members, a school district administrator, and an elected official. Each year, the terms for three board posts expire.
