Join us in celebrating International Education Week, which runs from November 17-21, 2025.

International Education Week celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. It’s a joint initiative of the U.S. State Department and the U.S. Department of Education that promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global environment, as well as attracting future leaders from abroad to study, learn and share experiences.

Here at Fox Valley Technical College, we are excited to celebrate with the following events:

Free Webinar: Community Colleges & Access to Global Competence Learning Opportunities
12 p.m.
All are welcome!
Join AFS Intercultural Programs and FVTC for a virtual session focused on how community colleges are paving a path for international education. Panelist Samantha Rosario holds expertise in learning opportunities abroad and will share about the lessons learned from offering study abroad programs, models in place at Fox Valley and how to resource it all. FVTC faculty member Dr. Maria Carone shares about embedding global competence education into core curriculum to prepare students for a global workforce.
