FVTC recognized as a Gallagher Best-in-Class Employer

FVTC Gallagher Best-in-Class Employer award.

Fox Valley Technical College was recently named a Gallagher Best-in-Class Employer for 2024. The award, given by the consulting firm Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., recognizes organizations that stand out for how they support employees through benefits, compensation and workplace practices.

The recognition is based on Gallagher’s annual U.S. Benefits Strategy & Benchmarking Survey, which reviewed data from thousands of employers across the country. FVTC earned a spot in the top 25 percent of organizations evaluated, based on key performance areas such as:

  • Long-term planning for benefits and compensation
  • Breadth of wellness offerings (physical, mental, financial and career)
  • Turnover rates among full-time staff
  • Workforce engagement efforts
  • Use of HR technology
  • Management of year-over-year health care costs
  • Communication and engagement efforts

Plaques recognizing the achievement were recently presented to FVTC staff during a meeting with the Gallagher team. Recognition like this helps highlight the college’s ongoing efforts to foster a workplace culture where employees feel supported and valued.
