FVTC Foundation Golf Outing Raises $120,000+ for Students

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, golfers, volunteers and supporters across our community, the FVTC Foundation Golf Outing, held August 5, raised more than $120,000 to support student success at Fox Valley Technical College.

The impact of the Golf Outing extends far beyond a day on the course. Funds raised will provide more than 200 Golf Outing Scholarships, valued at $600 each, to students this academic year, including:

  • 128 currently enrolled FVTC students
  • 33 graduating high school seniors
  • 56 prospective returning adult students

The outing also contributes to a remarkable Foundation milestone. For the third consecutive year, the FVTC Foundation has awarded more than $1 million in scholarships, helping make higher education more accessible and affordable for students throughout our community.

Thank you! You don’t know how much this scholarship helps me. It is already taking off some of the financial stress with paying my way through college. Every helping hand is a miracle. I am so grateful. With some of the stress lifted, I will be able to focus on my classes and grades more.
