Fox Valley Technical College was recognized recently with four 2025 Medallion Awards at the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) District 3 conference. Led by the Marketing team, the projects earned two Gold, one Silver and one Bronze award.

The Winning Entries:

The reporting and media coverage of our unique food locker project, a partnership with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin and led by FVTC Student Life, won Gold in the Communications Success Story category. The story, “FVTC & Feeding America Tackle Food Insecurity with Campus Food Lockers,” follows the announcement that FVTC had been selected as a site for this project. Through storytelling and earned media, the entry draws attention to the challenges of food insecurity, and how this food donation program is invaluable to our students. Finally, the decals on the new Mobile Truck Driving Lab won Bronze in the Outdoor Signage/Display category. This vehicle contains truck driving simulators inside the trailer, and it is used to provide training at regional centers throughout the FVTC district. The truck and trailer were donated to the college by longtime partner Miller Electric Mfg. LLC. Learn more about the mobile lab >
